About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Parloa. This remote opportunity allows you to lead our global acquisition strategy during a critical phase of rapid growth. You will play an integral role in transforming performance marketing into a predictable, scalable revenue driver.
What You'll Do
- Own the global paid acquisition strategy across various channels including search, social, display, and retargeting.
- Drive pipeline growth by aligning performance marketing efforts with revenue and sales outcomes.
- Continuously optimize budget allocation based on ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Leverage tools like 6sense for account-based acquisition and intent-based targeting.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, MarOps, Content, and Product Marketing to align strategies with target accounts.
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing leadership on growth investments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
- Proven success in scaling pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with 6sense or similar intent-based ABM platforms.
- Ability to manage and scale six-figure monthly budgets efficiently.
- Deep comfort with metrics, modeling, and performance analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and accountability.
