About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager remote, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic marketing vision for Fever’s largest and fastest-growing markets: the US, Canada, and LATAM. Your expertise will help us reach millions of consumers and drive demand for our premium experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Set the end-to-end marketing strategy for the US market, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.
  • Lead multi-channel digital strategy across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and scalable growth.
  • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, including performance marketing profiles, creatives, and cross-functional project leads.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Business Strategy team to define strategies that maximize regional growth.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product to ensure a unified and high-impact marketing approach.
  • Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.
  • Own strategic planning and forecasting, supporting revenue growth and market penetration goals.
  • Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making, uncover opportunities, and continuously refine marketing models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems.
  • Strong background in leading senior teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and operating within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact.
  • Highly analytical, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented decision-making.
  • Executive communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.
  • Native/bilingual English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Solid academic background in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech preferred.
