Senior People Operations Specialist - Remote Role

We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Sterlington PLLC. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR data, ensuring compliance, and supporting payroll workflows, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage HR data systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with finance and data teams to streamline HR operations.
• Implement and maintain policies and compliance measures as the firm grows.
• Support payroll processes and benefits administration seamlessly.
• Identify areas for improvement in HR workflows and introduce automation where possible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data management (HRIS required).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with BambooHR and Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
