About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pension Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Pension Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of defined benefit pension plans.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough analyses of pension data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding pension plan administration.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools to model and interpret complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective pension plan management and client success.
- Lead projects that require analytical skills and consultative approaches to problem-solving.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and content creation to promote our pension services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Pension Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of defined benefit pension plans and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools such as Python and SAS.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and data modeling is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Appian.
- Familiarity with BigQuery and GA4.
- Background in financial services or retirement plan services.
