Senior Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our legal team with various tasks related to personal injury cases. As a Senior Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
• Utilize legal software such as Clio Manage and Filevine for case management.
• Support the team in client intake and conversion processes.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word and legal management software (e.g., Clio Manage, Filevine).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data engineering and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and QuickBooks Online.
• Background in customer service or sales.
