Senior Mental Health Clinician - Remote Youth Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician - Remote to join our dedicated team at Each. This role is pivotal in supporting young individuals aged 12-25 facing severe mental health challenges. You will lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to the development of our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) program.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver specialist counselling using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Support and mentor junior clinicians to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Document clinical work accurately and meet service targets.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and referral pathway development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in individual therapy with adolescents.
• Understanding of trauma, youth mental health, and recovery principles.
• Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• Current registration with a professional body.
