About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team at Spring Health. This remote role is pivotal in bringing our brand to life across various marketing channels, particularly in B2B environments. What You'll Do
- Develop high-performing creative across marketing channels, focusing on B2B organic social and paid advertising such as LinkedIn, display, ABM, and campaign media.
- Design across digital and physical formats, including email, paid media, landing pages, print collateral, and sales and brand decks.
- Support event and onsite experience design, including signage, environmental graphics, booth assets, and supporting materials for conferences and field events.
- Bring creative ideas to life through execution, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready deliverables across channels.
- Serve as a brand steward, evolving the Spring Health visual identity across digital, print, and live experiences.
- Design, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance insights, collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and demand teams.
- Collaborate with content, product, sales, events, and marketing partners to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a visual or brand designer, including in-house and/or agency roles supporting B2B marketing and events.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across B2B ads, organic social, print collateral, event design, landing pages, and web.
- Experience designing print-ready files and event assets, with an understanding of production, fabrication, and vendor handoff.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback, timelines, and performance signals.
- Motion graphics or light animation experience is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or enterprise environments is a plus.
- Proven success developing organic and paid creative for B2B audiences, alongside print and event design work.
