About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Recruiting - Remote to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on business recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven hiring practices and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Experience with HR technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
