What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, competent, and passionate about sales and service.
• Provide tailored offers and make every customer experience special.
• Handle rental contracts and customer inquiries - organized, service-oriented, and always with a smile.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining high energy levels.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and a strong commitment to service and customer consultation.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism, or sales.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Flexibility and team orientation, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the rental or automotive industry.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
