About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will leverage data analysis and CRM tools to optimize customer journeys and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Utilize data analysis to track campaign performance and customer behavior, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer journey strategies and marketing automation.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations in all marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms, particularly Braze.
- Experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and understanding customer engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and conversion copywriting.
- Familiarity with financial markets and high-net-worth client engagement is a plus.
