Senior Lead for Order Deployment & Shipping - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Lead for Order Deployment & Shipping to join our team at Bacardi. This remote opportunity allows you to create end-to-end visibility and ownership that markets can rely on, ensuring orders are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time from deployment through shipment and customs documentation. As a Senior Lead for Order Deployment & Shipping, you will be a strong people leader, ensuring consistent delivery of customer commitments while balancing service excellence, cost efficiency, and cash performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Order Deployment and Shipping & Documentation team, providing clear direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-ship execution, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and timely issue resolution.
• Manage performance and attendance, delivering coaching and development plans to build capability and engagement.
• Coordinate with the Planning & Logistics team and 4PL partners to align deployment and dispatch with supply plans and market priorities.
• Monitor service metrics including OTIF and OFR, ensuring quality standards are maintained and taking appropriate action if required.

• Deep customer service orientation, delivering reliable outcomes to markets for customers and consumers.
• Knowledge of order deployment, logistics execution, shipping, and customs documentation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Analytical skills to create KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Spirits industry or related FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with shipping systems, ERP systems, and PGI processes.
• Ability to balance service, cost, and cash in operational decisions.
