About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team focused on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) products and services. As a Senior Java Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software components for complex business applications in PKI product development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative security solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement secure software components using Java and popular open-source frameworks.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests to ensure high quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on Java development.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and PKI.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL databases.
  • Experience with JUnit and Maven for testing and project management.
  • Knowledge of HTTP and JPA.
