About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior IT Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Lavu Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd. This Senior IT Solutions Architect remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive cost efficiencies and develop innovative solutions that align business requirements with technology. You will play a crucial role in delivering secure and reliable business solutions while ensuring compliance with ICT service level agreements.

What You'll Do

  • Drive cost efficiencies from various vendors without compromising system delivery and quality.
  • Develop and strategize solution vision and innovation by aligning business requirements with technology.
  • Utilize information and technologies creatively amidst the fast pace of ICT technology changes.
  • Integrate various technologies and solutions within the MISC Group to meet diverse business requirements.
  • Ensure support and maintenance activities comply with ICT service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC HR, Employee Self Service (ESS), or comparable HR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee data management and payroll-related workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools (e.g., BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant HR system certifications (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors).
