About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team remotely. This Senior IT Recruiter remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top technical talent across the EMEA region.

What You'll Do

• Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified IT professionals, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidates' skills to identify the best fits for our technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to extend offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to maintain competitive hiring practices.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring readiness for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-cycle IT Recruiter.
• Active candidate pool in markets such as Poland, Serbia, Portugal, etc.
• Strong cold sourcing skills and expertise in sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Experience with a range of technical roles for large-scale projects.
• Understanding of employment regulations in relevant markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to recruitment.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong English skills (minimum B2 level).
