Senior IT Project Manager - Remote Position in Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Ubique Systems. This Senior IT Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead exciting projects in customer application development while working remotely within Germany. You will play a crucial role in delivering IT projects that drive digital transformation and enhance our clients' operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to effectively guide project execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Implement project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps for efficient project tracking.
• Resolve project issues and challenges through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record in delivering IT projects, including application development and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid EU visa required; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP or SAP projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
• Fluency in German.
