About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This Senior IT Project Manager remote position will play a crucial role in managing cybersecurity projects and leading teams to ensure the successful execution of IT initiatives. You will oversee all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring compliance with security standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects focusing on cybersecurity, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Service Operations Team, managing resource allocation and product development.
  • Provide technical support and remediation guidance for external and web vulnerability scans.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the CSSP Program Office.
  • Represent the CSSP Program Management Office during internal and external engagements, providing subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • At least one year of experience managing complex IT projects, particularly in cybersecurity.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, capable of briefing senior management and technical staff.
  • Experience in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing teams in a federal or government environment.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
