Senior Investment Projects Leader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Investment Projects Leader to join Reckitt, a global leader in Hygiene, Health & Nutrition products. This Senior Investment Projects Leader role offers an exciting opportunity to lead investment projects remotely while ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with best practices.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the preparation and execution of investment tasks, ensuring adherence to technical solutions based on industry best practices.
• Conduct financial analyses of available solutions and present options for investment execution.
• Prepare investment schedules, develop CAPEX, and monitor project timelines.
• Gather necessary data and prepare requests for proposals, including selection and negotiation with potential contractors.
• Ensure project compliance with legal regulations, technical standards, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Controlling departments to create investment budgets and long-term factory development plans.
• Implement corporate technical standards to optimize factory costs.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in managing medium-sized projects.
• Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Ability to work independently and accurately, with a focus on prioritization and teamwork.
• Certification (SEP) for groups I, II, and III is a plus.

• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of investment project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in manufacturing.
