About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team at Sysdig. This role is pivotal during a maternity cover period, acting as the primary HR point of reference for our EMEA region. What You'll Do

• Act as the main EMEA HR point of reference during maternity cover.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Build HR reports and analytics for management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws across EMEA.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits administration.
• Support the performance management process.
• Manage an international HR team.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience as Senior HRBP or similar role.
• Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other EMEA languages is a plus.
• 4+ years of HRBP experience and 1+ year in people management.
