About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals, focusing on employee engagement, compliance, and strategic planning. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic planning and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and German labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS tools and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
