About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager - Global Support Team to join our nonprofit organization that specializes in fundraising and CRM solutions. This remote role is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting a globally distributed team while ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience. As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations across multiple countries in Asia and Latin America, making this position both impactful and rewarding.

What You'll Do

  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding for global Support team members across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and compliance within Employer of Record (EOR) environments.
  • Act as the primary People Team partner for the Support organization, ensuring consistent communication, documentation, and employee experience.
  • Handle employee relations in partnership with People Leadership, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support contract updates and compliance with EOR and internal legal and finance teams.
  • Run performance cycles, including manager pre-work, milestone tracking, and employee support.
  • Adapt People programs (performance, engagement, career frameworks, leadership principles) for globally dispersed teams.
  • Ensure value alignment across regions while respecting country-specific norms.
  • Serve as the point of contact for EOR partners in Asia and Latin/South America, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain consistent policy interpretation, documentation, and employee support across the U.S., Philippines, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and other locations.
  • Collaborate with Support Leadership on headcount forecasting, workforce planning, and international staffing.
  • Manage recruiting operations for Support roles including job postings, scheduling, and resume review.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design efficient interview processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Keep recruiting pipelines organized, documented, and progressing quickly, especially during high-volume hiring periods.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of HR experience supporting globally dispersed teams, with required experience in Asia and preferred experience in South/Central America.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth or high-volume operational environments such as Support, CX, or Operations.
  • Familiarity with multiple employment models, including EORs; prior Deel experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in HR operations, process management, documentation, consistency, and systems.
  • Clear and effective communication across cultures and time zones, with the ability to set boundaries, uphold standards, and build trust.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment while aligning with People Leadership.
  • Calm and steady presence able to support teams during organizational growth and change.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
