About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in project management and event planning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
