About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and create effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance leadership effectiveness and workforce strategy.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Engage in workforce planning and organizational design to optimize team performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and talent management.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python for HR analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Experience in coaching and developing leaders within the organization.
Nice to Have
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in HR.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
