As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design and implement fast, real-time web applications using cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the BitMEX Web Frontend and React components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance for our trading platform.
• Collaborate closely with API and Engine teams to integrate new features and enhance consumer-facing products.
• Help develop and maintain APIs required for various trading experiences.
• Explore and evaluate new stack components and architectural ideas to improve our platform.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.

Requirements

• Intimate experience with JavaScript and its performance characteristics.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, React, and Flux architecture.
• Experience with Flow/TypeScript for building scalable applications.
• Ability to make complex, data-driven products accessible to consumers.
• Familiarity with current UX trends and a curiosity for new UX concepts.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational UI and other innovative UX concepts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
