About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at AxMed. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to develop robust applications that enhance healthcare equity. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work with a diverse set of technologies including Python, Django, React, and AWS, contributing to impactful projects that improve global health outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications.
  • Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
  • Proficiency in Python and Django for server-side development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of FastAPI or Ruby on Rails.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or global health initiatives.
