About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join Yei Finance, a leading DeFi solutions provider. In this remote role, you will transform complex DeFi protocol capabilities into user-friendly products. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Next.js, React, and TypeScript to develop and maintain high-performance decentralized applications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain DeFi web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Integrate Web3 wallets and on-chain interactions, including Wagmi v2 and RainbowKit.
- Build and optimize backend APIs and services using TypeScript (Node.js) and Python.
- Write and maintain Subgraph for indexing on-chain data to support frontend usage.
- Design high-performance, responsive UIs that handle real-time blockchain data updates.
- Collaborate closely with protocol engineers to present smart contract interactions in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Construct data collection and analysis pipelines to support market and growth-related data needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend development experience with proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience in Web3 frontend development, familiar with libraries like Wagmi, Viem, and Ethers.js.
- Strong understanding of frontend state management and modern React development patterns.
- Backend development experience with Node.js/Express and knowledge of either Go or Python.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and experience in developing with The Graph/Subgraph.
- Understanding of DeFi concepts, including lending, AMM, and liquidity provision.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamic Labs or similar embedded wallet solutions.
- Familiarity with smart contract interaction integration processes.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot smart contract call errors.
- Hands-on experience in developing DeFi/Web3 products.
