About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer - Backend Focused Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js and NestJS.

  • Engage in customer discovery and market validation to align our solutions with client needs.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their career growth within the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer with a focus on backend development.
  • Proficient in Node.js, NestJS, and SQL databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
  • Familiarity with financial operations and German HGB compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience with API design and RESTful services.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails and Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Background in data analysis and transformation.
