About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at JPS Tech Solutions. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical applications in the automotive OEM domain. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your extensive experience in enterprise integration and microservices to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance systems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack and web services-based applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices and integration solutions using ESB and API Management platforms.
  • Design, develop, and optimize REST/SOAP APIs to support large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications through best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
  • Support application lifecycle activities, including enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full stack and web services development.
  • Strong background in enterprise integration, microservices architecture, ESB, and API management.
  • Hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Mandatory experience in the Automotive OEM domain.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to containerization and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and system optimization.
