Senior Field Service Engineer - Medium Voltage Drives (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at Innomotics. This remote position offers you the chance to work with an industry leader in motors and drives, contributing to the #EnergyTransition and making a significant impact on energy efficiency and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Conduct commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for medium voltage drives at customer sites.
- Provide continuous technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Deliver detailed and professional service reports, adhering to Innomotics standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Manage EHS responsibilities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required for service activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 2-5 years of certified experience with medium voltage systems, including Variable Frequency Drives and MV switchgear.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in conducting training sessions for customers.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies.
- Familiarity with EHS compliance standards.
