Senior Fiat Currency Product Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fiat Currency Product Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and implementation of fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, card issuance, and fiat trading pair product lines within our exchange business. Your expertise will help us enhance the user fiat payment experience, ultimately driving conversion rates and fund flow efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product lifecycle management for fiat products, ensuring high-quality releases through effective planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with third-party payment service providers to integrate fiat channels, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
  • Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user flow diagrams to define system and interaction requirements.
  • Monitor core product metrics, such as conversion rate and settlement rate, to drive continuous optimization and innovation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk Control, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Develop differentiated fiat strategies tailored for various countries or regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in Internet or FinTech, with at least 3 years focused on payments or fiat products.
  • Experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and risk control processes in compliant payment systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • High stress tolerance and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
