About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant - Energy & Financial Accounting (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ERP systems to optimize financial processes and enhance customer success in the energy sector. As a key player in our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to implement effective ERP solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead ERP implementation projects focusing on financial accounting and energy sector requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
• Conduct data migration and analysis to ensure seamless transitions to new systems.
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Utilize SQL for data management and reporting, enhancing client decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant, specifically in financial accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and processes, with a focus on the energy sector.
• Experience with data migration, SQL, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP-FI and other ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with budgeting and billing systems.
• Previous consulting experience in customer-oriented environments.
