About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Opener to join our dynamic team at Brafton. This remote position is open to applicants throughout Canada. As a Senior Enterprise Opener, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our growth by opening doors within large, complex organizations and securing high-quality meetings with senior marketing and business decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting into strategic enterprise accounts across defined target segments.
- Build and execute account-based outbound plans, including stakeholder mapping and messaging angles.
- Engage senior stakeholders through phone outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business drivers.
- Develop messaging aligned to executive priorities, focusing on revenue impact and measurable performance.
- Partner with enterprise AEs to support pursuits and maintain excellent CRM discipline.
- Provide feedback loops to marketing and leadership on enterprise market resonance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in prospecting at the Enterprise level.
- Demonstrated success in booking meetings with enterprise-level decision-makers.
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to create urgency.
- Excellent written communication with a professional tone.
- High proficiency with prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
