About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Dashboard & Growth Remote to lead our engineering team in developing innovative solutions for our dashboard and growth initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the engineering processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful fraud detection solutions, leveraging your expertise in software engineering and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Drive the development of our dashboard and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize features that enhance user experience.
• Utilize modern technologies such as GO, TypeScript, and React to build scalable applications.
• Oversee the integration of APIs and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in software engineering, with proficiency in GO, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with cloud architectures and data engineering.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in B2B sales and account-based marketing is a plus.
