Senior Employee Owner Support Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Employee Owner Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert across the employee life cycle, providing high-level guidance on complex and sensitive issues. You will leverage your expertise in human resources to influence decision-making and ensure policy alignment, creating a consistent, employee-centered experience that reinforces our organizational values.
What You'll Do
- Address complex inquiries and partner with employee-owners to resolve issues effectively.
- Support compliance and government reporting by ensuring accurate documentation and execution of processes aligned with relevant policies.
- Oversee data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring accuracy across systems and records.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline service delivery.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose solutions to improve support processes.
- Lead special projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between employee-owners and People departments to support process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR support or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
