About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop embedded C/C++ software for real-time systems and Embedded Linux.
• Design and review software and system requirements to meet project goals.
• Contribute to architecture, planning, and occasionally lead technical projects.
• Perform automated and manual software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• BSc or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in C++ within real-time and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with communication stacks such as TCP/IP and EtherCAT.
• Embedded development experience on ARM microcontrollers (e.g., NXP, Renesas).
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, C#, or .NET.
• Background in industrial automation, drive systems, or automotive.
• Exposure to safety-critical or high-reliability systems.
