About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team at Cindavi. This role involves designing firmware for high-performance lighting systems used in luxury vehicles crafted by brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bugatti. As a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will take full ownership of firmware development throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that our embedded technologies remain at the forefront of innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop innovative, robust embedded firmware solutions independently.
  • Lead development activities for multiple projects from concept to end-of-life.
  • Design and implement production-level and R&D software solutions.
  • Write high-performance embedded C code for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Utilize Simulink to design, simulate, and test embedded applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • 4+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C programming and embedded systems.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, CAN, UART, and industry communication protocols.
  • Preferred experience with Simulink, MBSD, FreeRTOS, and embedded cybersecurity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or C++ for PC-based applications.
  • Knowledge of automated Model-Based Software Development (MBSD) workflows.
  • Familiarity with electronic schematics and hardware-software interactions.
