Domestic Freight Forwarder - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Domestic Freight Forwarder to join our dynamic team at sennder, a leading digital freight forwarder in Europe. This remote position offers you the chance to build strong relationships and negotiate important contracts in the logistics industry. As a Domestic Freight Forwarder, you will connect carriers with our clients, providing regular updates, solving problems, and matching loads to trucks.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee domestic transport orders in temperature-controlled logistics.
• Build and maintain a fleet of transport vehicles.
• Establish long-term, positive relationships with carriers.
• Negotiate rates and establish terms of cooperation.
• Resolve daily operational issues effectively.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis and report activities in the system.
• Maintain transportation documentation.
• Ensure the highest quality of services provided.

Requirements

• Interest in the TSL (Transport, Shipping, Logistics) industry.
• Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B1).
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Desire for growth within an international organization.
• Preferred: Relevant education (transport, logistics).
• Previous experience in planning loads in domestic temperature-controlled transport.
