Senior Educator - Early Childhood Education (Remote)

We are seeking a passionate Senior Educator to join our team at SDN Children's Services. This Senior Educator remote role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to fostering children's growth and development in a supportive environment. What You'll Do

• Provide care and supervision to children in a safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote developmental growth.
• Assist children with toilet training, dressing, and mealtimes.
• Encourage creativity, social skills, and emotional development through interactive play.
• Communicate with families to share milestones and updates on their child’s progress.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to build an inclusive learning space.

Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• 12 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Demonstrated understanding of the early years learning framework.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for children.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a floater role within childcare settings.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
