Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- 12 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Demonstrated understanding of the early years learning framework.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for children.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a floater role within childcare settings.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
