What You'll Do

  • Oversee the total marketing lifecycle, from annual planning to the technical underpinning of our global MarTech stack.
  • Craft compelling narratives from complex data for the C-suite, ensuring operational rigor and quality.
  • Drive high-stakes budget discussions and resource allocation to maximize growth impact.
  • Create a global measurement framework and single source of truth reporting foundation.
  • Lead the evolution of the enterprise MarTech stack, focusing on AI innovations.
  • Establish a trusted data foundation for accurate executive decision-making and automated marketing motions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within a large Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of moving organizations from manual processes to automated systems.
  • Ability to connect the dots across marketing functions, identifying impacts of tech stack changes on analytics and strategy.
  • Experience leading large teams (30+) through rapid growth while maintaining high morale.
  • Mastery of measurement frameworks and BI tools like Tableau.
