About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing – Demand & Growth to join our dynamic team at Lokalise. This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing performance and commercial impact. As a Senior Director of Marketing remote, you will oversee demand generation, brand development, content strategy, and digital growth, ensuring accountability for revenue contribution and marketing system efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Establish Lokalise as the leading language platform, building a strong market reputation that creates a competitive moat based on value, trust, and innovation.
• Engage with existing customers to expand services and cultivate them as ambassadors for Lokalise.
• Create a predictable and scalable flow of high-quality new business pipeline to support the sales organization.
• Build a highly efficient marketing organization with a lean, high-performing team that delivers quality growth through effective investment.
• Utilize AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing leader in a scaling B2B SaaS company in Europe or the US.
• Strong understanding of market share, revenue density, and competitive advantage.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve targeting precision and drive customer conversion.
• Ability to redesign marketing operating models and not just manage campaigns.
• Experience working with technically sophisticated buyers and navigating complex commercial cycles.
