Global Product Solution Design Leader - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Global Product Solution Design Leader remote to lead our end-to-end product design function. This role will oversee our talented team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and product design strategists. You will be responsible for crafting delightful, intuitive, and seamless user journeys that align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers. As the design leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across all touch points—defining the design language, elevating design thinking within the organization, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to bring innovative, user-centric solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function under the Global Product team.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and UX Writers.
• Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across all levels of the organization including Coins Payment, Crypto Trading, and other products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure holistic and cohesive product experiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Implement design systems, frameworks, and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Champion design thinking and research-led innovation, integrating user feedback and data into all design decisions.
• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for all platforms (mobile, web, etc.).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-role.
• Proven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into design insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Background in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research is a plus.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto industries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
