Manager, Performance Marketing - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team at 7shifts. This remote opportunity allows you to lead our paid acquisition engine, driving new restaurant signups and qualified pipeline through various paid channels. You will report directly to the CMO and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, setting channel mix, budgets, and bidding to achieve CAC and pipeline targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers by establishing clear KPIs and supporting their ongoing development.
- Build and manage a rigorous testing framework across creative, copy, audience, and landing pages, focusing on speed and statistical rigor.
- Oversee attribution modeling and conversion tracking, collaborating with Data and Engineering for accurate measurement.
- Drive full-funnel optimization from impression to activation, working closely with Web, Product, and CRO teams to enhance landing pages and sign-up flows.
- Partner with Content and Brand teams to refine ad creative through a performance lens.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and overall channel efficiency, presenting insights to leadership.
- Identify and pilot new channels and tactics, including AI-powered tools for creative testing and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- B2B SaaS experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing teams while maintaining technical credibility.
- Experience managing and scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong command of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy and smart bidding.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in ROAS, LTV:CAC, and MQL-to-SQL rates.
- Excellent communication skills to translate performance data into clear narratives for executives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a PLG/SLG hybrid model.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative testing tools.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or building marketing data pipelines.
- Background in programmatic display or offline-to-online attribution.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or the foodservice industry.
