Senior Director of Global Development & Innovation - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Global Development & Innovation to join our team at Coca-Cola. This remote role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth across our ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Innovation Center. You will lead high-performing teams to transform ideas into impactful products that resonate with consumers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the ASP GD&I innovation strategy, focusing on consumer-centric product development.
• Manage diverse teams to deliver a balanced portfolio of innovative products and packaging solutions.
• Drive operational excellence and change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to align on business plans and innovation pipelines.
• Oversee the Singapore R&D Center, ensuring integration with global networks and supporting innovation at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in R&D leadership roles within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving innovation pipelines.
• Strong expertise in change management and operational optimization.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
