About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Brand and Creative Services to join our team at Juniper Square. This remote position is a unique opportunity to lead our brand transformation and creative vision. You will play a critical role in elevating our brand identity while ensuring operational excellence across all creative touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve Juniper Square’s creative vision, driving the execution of our brand transformation across web, campaigns, sales enablement, events, video, and executive communications.
  • Ensure a consistent brand expression that builds trust and credibility in the high-stakes Private Equity and Investment markets.
  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Marketing to align creative priorities with company goals, serving as a strategic advisor on how brand drives business efficiency.
  • Transform the operating model for brand creative, moving the team from reactive execution to a proactive, scalable studio model.
  • Audit and restructure intake, prioritization, resourcing, and workflows using tools like Figma and Asana.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of designers and creators, actively mentoring the team to raise the bar on design thinking and execution.
  • Own agency and vendor relationships for high-leverage initiatives, establishing clear guardrails, managing budgets, and leading reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer, and executive stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver creative that supports the full funnel from awareness through retention.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in brand and creative leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or trust-heavy categories such as fintech or security.
  • Proven experience leading in-house creative teams at a post-IPO or late-stage growth company.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow-through and an operational mindset.
  • Experience in fixing broken workflows and building structure where it does not yet exist.
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows, including Figma, Adobe, and Asana.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates brand-building across multi-channel execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading a brand or team through significant transformation or rebranding.
  • Familiarity with emerging tools, including AI, to create operational leverage.
