About the Role

Join us as a Senior Data Scientist with GCP expertise in this exciting remote role. At Xebia, we are a global tech company with a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us deliver innovative data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business rules into AI-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integration.
  • Develop and refine decision logic and heuristics to improve decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the overall design of AI-assisted solutions used by mortgage analysts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on GCP.
  • Solid understanding of applied AI, machine learning concepts, and decision systems.
  • Experience with agent-based or AI-assisted decisioning systems.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+).

Nice to Have

  • Background in financial services, banking, or mortgage processes.
