About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive enterprise and government cybersecurity solutions in the UAE. As a Senior Cybersecurity Business Development Manager remote position, you will focus on new business acquisition and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Lead the charge in acquiring new business in the cybersecurity sector, focusing on enterprise and government clients.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers to present cybersecurity solutions that address their needs.
• Manage long sales cycles with a consultative approach, ensuring high trust and impactful conversations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the sales playbook and enhance our market presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business hunter in the cybersecurity domain, with a track record of closing deals worth $500K or more.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and government sales processes.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and ambiguity with confidence.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred to effectively communicate with local clients.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to engage in high-level discussions about cybersecurity solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consultative selling across post-quantum security, identity, cryptography, and secure migration.
• Familiarity with high-stakes negotiations and building long-term relationships.
