About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, driving customer engagement, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Experience with consultative selling and understanding customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer experience.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Technical proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, PHP, and Node.js is a plus.
