About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Strategist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in creative strategy and storytelling to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences. As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand strategy and enhance customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Utilize audience insights and analytics to inform creative direction and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including motion graphics and 2D animations, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with media planning and buying teams to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery to provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing successful B2C brand strategies and demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with performance marketing and social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google TAG Manager and integrated media strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on client relations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing and cultural intelligence.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software, particularly Adobe After Effects.
