Join us as a Senior Controller - Financial Planning & Analysis (Remote) in our team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! This Senior Controller role offers an exciting opportunity to influence financial performance in a rapidly evolving sector.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the financial management and control of our subsidiaries in the context of Autonomous Driving (AD), Mobility as a Service (MaaS), and Transport as a Service (TaaS).
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and derive effective measures for performance improvement.
• Build and continuously develop a transparent reporting system to communicate the financial status of the sector, including regular reports and presentations.
• Coordinate the financial reporting of all entities, ensuring timely delivery and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently derive, align, and track financial goals, KPIs, and cost structures.
• Create decision-making and information templates in both German and English for the board and top management.
• Responsible for the technical and financial management of investments and fully consolidated units.

Requirements

• A completed university degree in Business, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in controlling or investment controlling, ideally in the automotive or mobility sector.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly grasp complex financial relationships and present them clearly.
• Proficient in creating decision templates and presentations in English.
• Enjoy working with multiple interfaces and confidently navigating between different stakeholders.
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial modeling for innovative mobility solutions.
• Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the mobility sector.
