Senior C++ Developer for High-Performance Trading Systems - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer for High-Performance Trading Systems to join our dynamic team remotely. As a key player in our global digital asset trading firm, you will focus on optimizing core high-performance trading systems. This role requires expertise in modern C++ and a strong understanding of low-latency infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain live high-frequency trading (HFT) strategy code in C++.
• Translate quantitative research into production-ready, ultra-low latency implementations.
• Optimize performance metrics, including latency, throughput, and concurrency.
• Debug, monitor, and improve live trading strategies in real market conditions.
• Implement new trading strategies and reduce the time from idea to production.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and core C++ engineers.

Requirements

• Expertise in modern C++ (versions 17/20) with a strong focus on low-latency applications.
• Solid understanding of quantitative fundamentals and high-frequency trading concepts.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Strong ownership mindset, capable of operating independently.
• High attention to detail and ability to make calm decisions under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cryptocurrency markets.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial systems.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or Java.
