What You'll Do

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into clear, testable artifacts such as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements throughout the delivery process, managing changes and documenting decisions and assumptions.
• Create and manage a structured knowledge base for product behavior and business rules, ensuring documentation is accurate and organized.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Product and Engineering, driving alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios and acceptance criteria, collaborating with QA, and validating shipped features.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of your analysis work, ensuring rigorous verification and accountability for correctness.
• Influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Document complex product logic in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and define business rules.
• Excellent documentation skills, creating clear and navigable documentation.
• Proficiency in using modern AI/LLM tools in analysis work.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher for effective communication.

Nice to Have

• Technical knowledge of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience in defining success metrics and interpreting outcomes.
• Familiarity with compliance and policy constraints in product requirements.
